2022 Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Spied Testing

Maruti Suzuki has been the first choice of the Indian Automobile Market since it took its baby steps starting from the days of Omni Van and Maruti Suzuki 800 these two cars captured the whole market at their launch and it left a very good impression.
From the days Maruti Suzuki entered the Indian Automobile Market they have been working towards fulfilling the dream of every family to own a car by not only providing their customers cars in every budget segment also taking care of the requirements of the consumers and a marvellous after-sales service, but Maruti Suzuki has also been the foremost and favourite choice of Indians.

And to cater to the people who need much more style, comfort, features, low service cost and a no-nonsense vehicle along with the economy and reliability Maruti Suzuki entered the Compact Suv segment in 2016 with their best i.e, The Vitara Brezza which was available in BS-IV 1.3 Litre Diesel Engine producing 88.58bhp @ 4000rpm along with massive 200nm torque @1750rpm. Maruti Suzuki being the king in fuel economy diesel engine was a cherry on the cake for consumers. Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza was the first car to offer a dual-tone exterior, dual speedometer along with digital instrument cluster and many more. The Diesel Brezza captured the whole market since it was launched but to our disappointment, Maruti Suzuki discontinued their Diesel Engine when BS-VI regulations came and then they launched the 3rd Facelift of Vitara Brezza along with a petrol engine in the Auto Expo 2019.

And now we have some visuals of the New Generation 2022 Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and let us have a look at whats the leaks reveal.

1. New Design!

From the visuals, we are not very much clear about the new design, but from the images, we can expect the Brezza to be bigger.
It will retain its boxy, SUV like appeal. Significant design changes are anticipated at the front, new headlights, taillights and perhaps even a new grille! We also expect Maruti to go ahead and give the car at least 17-inch Alloys.

2. New Features??

Although Maruti Suzuki has not been a feature-rich car manufacturer. But to retain the best selling title Brezza needs to have some essential features like Wireless Charger, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Cruise Control. A new theme dashboard along with digital instrument panel, a big screen with some good audio system, Android Auto and Apple car play.

3. More Safety

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza being one of the safest cars that come from the manufacturer scored 4 stars in the Global NCAP crash test. Maruti Suzuki has been facing a lot of criticism about the safety of their cars lately. Maruti could also improve the sheet quality and safety quotient of the SUV. It currently has a 4-star adult safety rating (tested by Global NCAP), making it the safest Maruti Suzuki car in the Indian market.

4. Engine

Maruti Suzuki is expected to retain the 1.5-litre K15B petrol engine that is equipped with abilities to deliver up to 103 bhp power and 138Nm torque. The unit could be offered with a choice between a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission unit. The SHVS hybrid system can also be upgraded to a 48 V system to deliver improved fuel efficiency and improve drivability.

5. Prices expected for the 2022 Vitara Brezza

The current-gen Brezza starts at Rs.7.61 Lakhs and goes up to Rs.11.19 Lakhs(ex-showroom). The new model will bring along a price hike. We expect the prices to go up by Rs.60,000-90,000.
